Notice of Annual General Meeting, Deadline for Constitution and Rules amendments
 
Annual General Meeting
 
The Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Group will be held on Wednesday 1st July 2026 at 1400hrs, via a Zoom virtual meeting.  It will follow an educational webinar which will start at 1300hrs, details of which will follow.
 
A full agenda and supporting papers will be sent to you by 10th June 2026. Any agenda items members wish to raise under the heading of Any Other Business should be submitted to Kate, bpngsecretary@gmail.com with “BPNG AGM agenda AOB” in the subject title.  The deadline for AOB requests is Friday 29th May.
 
Applications for BPNG committee 
Applications for BPNG committee positions are officially open. If you’re interested in joining the committee, please use the application form below to share your relevant details and a brief supporting statement. All nominations should be proposed by a current BPNG member and seconded by a current BPNG committee member, please see application form for further details.

Once completed, kindly return your nomination form by Friday 15th May 2026 to bpngsecretary@gmail.com. A list of candidates, together with voting papers, will be sent out to BPNG membership and posted on the BPNG website in the first week of June, and successful positions announced at the upcoming BPNG Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Wednesday 1^st July. We look forward to receiving your applications and appreciate your interest in contributing to BPNG’s ongoing success.

Proposed Amendments to the BPNG Constitution
 
BPNG members can propose alterations to the Constitution.  These will be considered by the Executive Committee, and if agreed, put to the membership for voting on at the AGM.  If you have anything for consideration, please send your proposal to Kate, bpngsecretary@gmail.com by no later than Friday 29th May 2026 with “BPNG Constitution alternation proposal” in the subject title.
 
Details and a tracked changes constitution document will be circulated by 10th June to enable consideration prior to the AGM.
